PEACE OF MIND

MY MIND OFTEN IS OVERSTIMULATED FROM THE STRESSES OF EVERYDAY LIFE. CONSTANT USES OF CELL PHONES, COMPUTERS, NOISE CAN LEAVE ONE FEELING UNBALANCED. I TAKE A HINT FROM MONKS AND SEEK SILIENCE. I OFTEN TAKE A BREAK AND QUIET MY MIND FOR 30 MINUTES A DAY. GOAL IS TO INCREASE THAT TO AN HOUR OR MORE. IT HELPS TO ORGANIZE AND FOCUS MORE. MEDITATION HELPS IMPROVE ENERGY, IMPROVES MEMORY, AND THE IMMUNE SYSTEM. I WANT TO BE MORE ORGANIZED SO THEREFORE I NEED TO START ORGANIZING MY MIND.
